Point and draw
A laser dot and a pen for “click here, not there”. The customer sees your pointer and drawings on their own page. No extra permission needed.
bona verb isiZulu and Sesotho: to see
Bona is live cobrowsing for support teams. Your customer clicks Share screen with support, then Allow, and your agent sees their real web page, live. Card numbers, passwords and one-time codes stay hidden on the customer’s own device.

HOW IT WORKS
Add the Bona script just before </body> on your site. No build step, no plugin, nothing for your customers to install.
They click Share screen with support, then Allow. Until both clicks happen, nothing on their page is captured.
Their live page opens in your console. Point with the laser, circle the right button, or ask to take control if they’d rather you drive.
PRIVACY
Ordinary screen sharing sends everything and hopes the agent looks away. Bona hides sensitive fields on the customer’s own device, before a single byte is sent, so those values never exist on the agent’s side to leak, log or screenshot.
Nothing is captured until the visitor clicks “Share screen with support” and then “Allow”.
Passwords, card numbers and one-time codes by default, plus any field your business marks as private.
Remote control has its own Allow, never types into protected fields, and stops the moment the customer says so.
“The customer’s page, minus every field masked on their device.”
Our servers only connect the two sides and never see the page, so there is less personal information for anyone to hold, including us. They only see what’s needed to route the session: the page address and title, plus any visitor name or email your site chooses to pass.
PROOF, NOT PROMISES
Open the demo account page as the customer, and the agent console in another browser or a private window. Type a card number into Payment method and watch it arrive as bullets.
AGENT TOOLS
Fewer screenshots over WhatsApp. Fewer “the blue button, no, the other one”. Your agents guide, and customers stay in charge.
A laser dot and a pen for “click here, not there”. The customer sees your pointer and drawings on their own page. No extra permission needed.
Ask to control and the customer gets a separate prompt. You can click and type for them, never into protected fields, and they can stop you at any moment.
Cart to checkout to confirmation. When the customer moves to another page of your site in the same tab, the session follows without asking them again.
The real page is rebuilt in your browser, so text stays crisp and every scroll and keystroke shows up as it happens.
INSTALL
If you can paste a line into your site template, you can install Bona. No build step and no plugin to maintain. Customers see a small “Share screen with support” button. Nothing is captured until they click it and Allow.

COMING SOON
None of this is live yet, and we’ll keep saying so plainly until each piece ships.
It answers in chat and points at the right spot on the page. When it gets stuck, it hands the same live session to a human agent, with the full context. No starting over, no “can you explain that again?”
AI use is always disclosed to your customer.
Agent accounts, sites and allowed domains, and billing in one place.
A record of who viewed which session, and when. The answer your auditor asks for.
A customer on the phone reads a code to your agent, and the session connects.
Type to each other without leaving the page you’re both looking at.
Help customers who reach your site on their phone, not just on desktop.
Talk it through while you both look at the same page.

CONTACT CENTRES & BPOs
One fixed monthly price per band, in Rand. We count agents online at the same time, not named users, so three shifts of 100 people share one 100-seat band.
CONTACT CENTRE PILOT
R4,990once
30 days, up to 50 seats. Credited in full when you sign for 12 months.
Talk to us about a pilotMasking happens on the customer’s device, before anything is sent. Our servers only connect the two sides and never see the page.
Nothing to install on agent desktops, or on your customers’ computers.
One line before </body> on each site you support. No plugin, no build step.
The session follows the customer to other pages of the site in the same tab, without asking again.
If a firewall blocks a direct link, the session falls back to an encrypted relay. Refresh the console mid-session and you drop straight back in. Service terms sit in your band’s service level agreement.
FAQ
Something else on your mind? Ask us directly, or see it yourself in the live demo.
No. Passwords, card numbers, one-time codes and any field the business marks are masked on your own device, before anything is sent. The agent sees bullets or “HIDDEN” in their place, and remote control never types into those fields.
No. Bona runs in the customer’s normal desktop browser, from the one script tag on your site. They click “Share screen with support”, then “Allow”. There’s nothing to download.
The session follows them to other pages of your site in the same tab, from the cart to checkout, say. Your agent stays with them, and they aren’t asked for consent again. They can stop sharing at any time.
No. Pointing and drawing need no extra permission, but clicking and typing do: the customer has to click Allow control in a second, separate prompt. Even then, remote control never types into protected fields, and the customer can take back control at any moment.
No. Page content flows over an end-to-end encrypted, peer-to-peer connection between the customer’s browser and your agent’s. If a firewall blocks a direct link, the stream is relayed, still end-to-end encrypted, so the relay can’t read it either. Our servers only connect the two sides and never see the page. They only see what’s needed to route the session: the page address and title, plus any visitor name or email your site chooses to pass.
Screen sharing sends a video of whatever is on screen and hopes the agent looks away. Bona rebuilds your web page in the agent’s browser, so it stays sharp, sensitive fields are masked before anything is sent, and the agent can point, draw and, after a second Allow, help directly on the page.
Today Bona works in desktop browsers. Support for customers on phone browsers is being built now.
One agent signed in at that moment. Logins are unlimited, so you buy seats for the most agents online at the same time, not for everyone who has a login.
From 100 agents you buy a band of seats online at once: 100, 250, 500, 750 or 1,000, from R18,900 a month, paid by invoice and EFT. Want to try it on a live floor first? The 30-day pilot covers up to 50 seats for R4,990 once, credited in full when you sign for 12 months. Talk to us.
