Free trial
The 14-day free trial needs no card, so you are never charged for it and there is nothing to refund. When it ends, you choose whether to buy a plan.
Monthly plans
- You can cancel a monthly plan at any time.
- The cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. You keep full access until then, and you won’t be charged again.
- We don’t refund partial months, except where the law requires us to.
Yearly plans, bands and pilots
For yearly plans, contact centre bands and pilots, cancellation and refund terms are set out in your order or agreement.
How to cancel
Send us a message through the contact form on our homepage and we’ll confirm the date your plan ends.
Payments
Card payments are processed by PayFast. We never see or store your full card number. If we agree a refund, we pay it back to the card or account you paid from.
Your rights
Nothing in this policy takes away rights you have under South African law.
